Sister Theresita Donach CSFN (Sister of the Holy Family of Nazareth)
Sister T. is the Vocation Director for the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth USA Province.
She has been involved with Haiti since the 80’s, working with Diocese of Norwich in taking youth down for mission trips. She has also supported the efforts of Dr. Jerry Lowney who has a clinic (Haitian Health Foundation) in Jeremey, Haiti for over 25 years.
Sister worked for the Diocese of Worcester as the Associate Director of the Haitian Apostolate (Project Manager, PR and Twinning co-ordinator). She is a good networker, fundraiser and PR person and person of great faith in God, with love for the poor.
During her 52 years as a woman religious she has worked in many ministries such as teaching, youth ministry, parish work, working in the Diocesan Office for the Haitian Apostolate in Worcester MA, parish nursing, soup kitchens and fundraising.
While working for the Diocese of Worcester at the Office of the Haitian Apostolate, Sister T. has spoken about her callng to Haiti in many parishes. John and Paula Mulqueen attended one of these sessions and became interested in health care in Haiti. Sister planted the seed and they made it grow to what it is today: Forward in Health. Sister says "I am so proud of them. When I can, I am happy to go to Haiti not only to help others but to bring myself closer to God and my own personal development."

Gerry has been on Forward In Health's Board since John and Paula founded the charity in 2006. In addition to serving as the Technology Director, Gerry was the initial designer of the clinic and is currently employed as a Senior Software Developer for McKesson Corporation.
Gerry states: "I was struck by a couple of revelations while working with John, Paula, and the team. First I am glad to see that many skill sets are useful when putting together this clinic and my contributions are warmly welcomed. Also our work in Haiti has led to a real spiritual rejuvenation that continues to benefit the whole team upon our return to the U.S."
Gerry is a graduate of the University of Lowell and W.P.I. where he has earned degrees in Computer Science.
